Refund policy
If you are displeased with your purchase and wish to make a return, please contact us for authorization within 10 days of receipt of order. Refunds will be issued once an item has been received by our warehouse and shows no signs of wear and tear. Pewter is a very soft metal and can scratch easily. If returned item(s) appears to have been worn, we reserve the right to deny a refund. Engraved items are considered to be custom pieces and therefore are not eligible for return or refund.
We do our very best to carefully package orders in proper shipping materials and sturdy boxes, however, once they leave our hands, packages become the responsibility of the carrier. If damage incurs during transit, kindly reach out to us so that we can assist with filing a claim. We will gladly replace items damaged by shipping.
