Shipping & Returns

PAYMENT

Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or Venmo.  Payment in full for your entire order is required before any products are sent to you.  

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Tracking and insurance are included. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions of package.

We are located in Williamsburg, Virginia. Domestic orders are usually received within 10-14 working days. International orders are not received at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days once received unless otherwise notified.  Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for orders containing hand engraved items, or custom items.  

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you are displeased with your purchase and wish to make a return, please contact us for authorization within 10 days of receipt of order.  Refunds will be issued once an item has been received by our warehouse and shows no signs of wear and tear.  Pewter is a very soft metal and can scratch easily.  If a returned item appears to have been worn, we reserve the right to deny a refund.  Engraved items are considered to be custom pieces and therefore are not eligible for return.  

We do our very best to carefully package orders in proper shipping materials and sturdy boxes, however, once they leave our hands, packages become the responsibility of the carrier.  If damage incurs during transit, kindly reach out to us so that we can begin to file a claim.  We will gladly replace items damaged by shipping.
